Enigma: is a Japanese doujin visual novel developed by Uzumeya and it was released on March 15, 2015. Enigma: is Uzumeya's first game and it was localized by Fruitbat Factory on November 15, 2016. Set after a world-altering cataclysm with a mysterious disease known as "The Enigma", the story focuses on Chester, a young man that infected the illness who finds himself washed onto a lonely island, Carlyle. Chester proceeds to learn more about the island, building close friendships with its inhabitants and learns of a mysterious forest known as Enigma that supposedly devours people. The gameplay in Enigma: follows an interactive branching plot line with three scenarios that the player will have the chance to experience. While the game is ultimately the story of Chester, there are supporting characters who also have the endings. To view all 19 endings, the player will have to replay the game multiple times.
