AME NO MARGINAL


Ame no Marginal, literally translated as Rain Marginal, is a Japanese kinetic visual novel developed by Tomo Kataoka, the author of Narcissu 1st & 2nd. The player assumes the role of unnamed protagonist who depressed about his life. He steps into elevator and transported into a strange and mysterious world, where there is only a single little girl named Rin as it’s sole resident. In this world, there is no time, no aging, no hunger, not even death. Only endless rain and sorrow. While the protagonist not desiring to go back anytime soon, he learns that he only gets a maximum of three days before being ejected from this strange dimension. The gameplay in Ame no Marginal follows two characters; the male protagonist himself and Rin, with each chapter split goes between the two with only single ending available. Ame no Marginal was released at Comiket 87, on December 30 2014 and followed by the English version on July 7, 2015.
