Guilty Gear Isuka is the sixth installment of the Guilty Gear series which was released for various platforms and the Windows version released on November 25, 2005. Guilty Gear Isuka also the first game not involving any particular storyline. The gameplay in Isuka is similar to the previous installments of the series. New to Isuka is two-plane system known as "Line Change" where characters fought from two different planes. By stepping between the planes, attacks could be dodged with ease and certain attacks can hit opponents on opposite planes. Isuka allows for fights with up to four players who can fight two-on-two, three-on-one or everyone for themselves. The home version also notable for customization mode, color edit and a two-player side-scrolling beat-'em-up in which player fights enemies to earn experience points. Experience points can be used to upgrade and customize the new Robo-Ky II by teaching him combos and one of 65 special attacks from other characters.
