Sayori is an ordinary modern high school girl. She finds a mysterious old Jade pendant while out helping with an archeological excavation and takes it home with her. Later, the pendant comes to life and putting Sayori in touch with the ghost of a princess named Hatsuhime. When the scene changes, Sayori realizes that she's in Hatsuhime's body giving her the chance to avert the princess's terrible fate. Yo-Jin-Bo is a romance visual novel developed by TwoFive and it was released on July 29, 2005. The gameplay in Yo-Jin-Bo follows an interactive branching plot lines and focuses on the player character gaining the favor of the six male main characters. Throughout gameplay, the player is given multiple options to choose from, and text progression pauses at these points until a choice is made. Unlike other visual novel, Yo-Jin-Bo has the same set of questions but player is given a limited time to answer, otherwise, will be decided automatically. There are 12 endings in all with two for each character: one good and one bad. To view all endings, the player will have to replay the game multiple times and choose different choices to further the plot to an alternate direction.
