Memo is a slice of life visual novel developed by Doomfest and it was released for Windows on February 7, 2010. Set in an unnamed Japanese city, the player assumes the role of Hasegawa Seji, a transfer student who has moved several times from town to town due to his father's busy job. Transferring into a new city, he feels like would go smoothly like it always has in the past. However, a girl with long blonde hair named Liz and the student council president named Kazumi will affect the next storyline. In Memo much of its gameplay is spent on reading the story's narrative and dialogue. There are three main plot lines that the player will have the chance to experience. The player experiencing life as Seji sees it, but mainly as it revolves around Liz and Kazumi. Memo is a short visual novel but to view all CG's, the player will have to replay the game several times and choose different choices to further the plot to an alternate direction. The game also features music from several indie studios such as TAM music factory and OSA.
